    Women and Red Meat Question

    i was wondering, since i have started eating my meat a little medium now (more redder than i usually have) my girlfriend has always been disgusted by it... until about last month

    since im always eating my meat medium now because of its good protein, natural test booster and all around good source of healthy fats/protein, and its just much much better than having it well done, my girlfriend FINALLY gave it a try

    NOw she wont even eat any kind of meat without it being a little red like mine, she LOVES steak now!! she hated beef before, her mouth would get tired from all the chewing she would have to do, but not its gettin to a point where we both eat steak alot

    i was wondering, since she IS a female, would it be BAD for her to eat red meat? or jus like it has its positive sides for a guy, it also has its positive benefits for a woman?

    if you guys would pleaese help me out on this i would greatly appreciate it, i dont want my girl to get her natty test up, be more manly and start having hair grow out of places she didnt have before, i love my little feminine baby :'(

    please guys, clear this up for me, thanks alot in advance.....

    she ll be fine as long as she eats plenty of green vegetables and fiber for proper absorption and digestion. healthy bacteria helps too.

    i have tried medium rare, mmmm!!!!

    but rare... i dunno, that transparent layer of fat in the meat kinda gets to me

    its like they just took it out the freezer and just put it in the microwave, burned the sides and thats it -_-

    too jiggly for me.... but hey, look at me 2months later, who knows what next
