Need some good fats ASAP
Ok heres the deal.
I ran out of friggin bison.
So for tommorrow I will be using BB solid white albacore tuna prime fillet
Thats fine and dandy, I just need some more good fats to add to my meals since my bison is missing.
Id love to eat this tuna with some bread but I know the carb count would be up there.
Im sort of about 500 calories short with this tuna in the mix.
I just want some good fats to be added for today.
SO I was thinking almonds or natural peanut butter.

almond
walnuts
pb
olive oil
flax seed or oil
smart balance oil
this is what i keep on hand.
for bread check out natures own double fiber wheat 13 g of carbs 5g of fiber, less than 1g of sugar, .5g of fat, 50 calories per slice and a little bit of dha/epa too.

Great idea on the bread, Now I think about it I do remember some breads containing *****s in it.

I only have 2 Shakes throughout the day.
I really dont feel like eating 16 egg whites to get 50g of protein.
I use 1/2 serving of whey in the morning to get it in my system asap becuase when I awake it is an a catabolic state.
Preworkout I have another 1/2 for use while working out.
and postworkout my body needs the nutients asap.
The 1 cup is the way i inputed the servering, I need to change that to 1/2 cup.
So my 1cup there = 1/2 really.
Yeh 1 serving is 27g carbs and what not, pretty much for fitday.com I manually entered all the stuff im taking and did all custom food, except for egg whites, broc.
My body only needs 258 G per day based on my weight 1.5 x So I really like to keep it at 260.
