I always had a lean physique, but the last two to three years, I don't have any control over my bodyfat. Even with a strict diet it goes up. So, I want to make a new start with a new cutting diet:

bodyfat: between 16 and 18

meal 3
- rice: 100 g
- 4 egg whites
- 1 egg
- vegetables
meal 4
- oatmeal: 50 g
- proteine shake: 50 g
meal 5
- potatoes: 500 g
- fish: 200 g
- vegetables
meal 6
- proteine shake: 50 g
Calorie: 2135
protein: 183 g
Carb: 290 g
fat: 27 g
I'm afraid that the total calorie are not enough. But I want definitely lose bodyfat
