    weighting the food & calories

I've got a question about wheigting foods like steak, chicken breast, fish etc.

I've always wheight it after I baked it, after baking it most meat and fish lose some water wheight.

But I was thinking of this, on the package says, for a sample:

    for 100gr chicken breast
    protein: 20gr
    carbs: 0gr
    fats: 1gr

Does the 100gr on the package INCLUDE'S the water wheight??
Because after baking it's like 60gr.

Sorry for my not to good english, and a happy new year btw!
