    Post meal and shake for cardio?

    I was just wondering what about the days you just do cardio would you still have your post meal and pro-shake?
    Its not like your really breaking down the muscles just burning fat.
    and also what about when you weight train would it be better to eat your meal and shake right after training and then do cardio or wait till you finish your cardio?

    1.if ur doing high intensity cardio its harder to recover from that than lifting so yes u need ur pwo shake immediately after and an hour after that a carb pro meal.

    2.alot of people believe u burn more calories on an empty stomach so they would say take ur pwo skake after u have lifted and done ur cardio. personally i like taking half after my lifting and the other half after my cardio then 45 mins later have a carb pro meal. i feel i recover faster this way.
