gettin ready for my show gettin excited. rite now i'm 5'9" 204lbs @ 12%. gettin ready to start my diet monday 13wks out from my show. i have everything together except i was wondering i'm doing cardio 4 times a week 2 start in the morning on a empty stomach for 30min. should i take 5g of glutamine during my cardio or should i take it during my workout in my water bottle??
