    in the fridge?

    anybody else cook all their chicken breasts at the beginning of the week?

    how long can you leave them in the fridge before you eat them?

    I do. I eat them within 4 days. Ive never gotten sick.

    I cook about 5-8lbs at once and it's usually gone in 4-6 days,and I've never had a problem

    I sometimes make 2-4 weeks in advanced and then vacuum pack them to put in the freezer. It makes life a lot easier!

    I do all my cooking in advance on sunday for the week. (Chx, fish, ground turkey). I make it a point to finish everything by fri. If not I toss it by Sat. But generally speaking you've a 7 day max.

    ideas ideas ...... anything that makes preping food easier, otherwise i spend half my week in the kitchen haha

    Yeah, if I were you I would invest in some sort of food sealer. I'll slave over the grill outside for an hour or two but I'm able to make almost a month worth of chicken that tastes fresh off the grill if you seal and freeze it properly.
