Hi there Im 22 210lb about 5'8 I started workin out again about 2 months ago but my diet is jus crap. Everywhere I look ppl say diet is the #1 thing in losing weight. The thing is I have no clue were to start. I have been reading these forums on and off for a while and I remember reading that someone offers custom diets if you pay him if anyone knows who this is and can let me no it would be greatly appreciated.
