simple put i ran a cut cycle and today i started pct. about a week and half before my cycle ended i lowered my cals one last time. now can i stay on that calorie diet during pct? or should i up my cals? something else i wanted to ask was, should i lay off on the cardio during pct? right now i do 30mins 5days a week at 63%.
my diet is pretty much this right now
400g protein
120g carbs
56g fat from peanuts and about 20g fat from meat
