Well, I am here today to hear it for a Pro or Someone that was like me so long ago.
My Measurement I got today I wasn't to happy about.
Here they are;
H - 5'9
Age - 23
Sex - Male
W - 171 LB
Neck 17in
Chest - 32in
Waist - 37in
Hips - 36in
Arms - 14 3/4 in
Forearm-12in
Thighs - 20 1/2in
Calf 13 1/2in
MY Goal - To lower my BMI
I have alot of body fat around the Stomach area and abit up in the chest.
All other area are pretty tight, I am not to worried about gaining but would like to try and gain a little while getting myself cut.
How cut could I get from now till may 24, I will try and post some picture. as I go along.
What kind of Cal would I have to intake for the LBS I am at?
Would Clen and T3 be a maybe?
Let me know what you got, cause I know there are guys out there that were in my shoes before
