    bulking diet

    i couldnt tell you all the numbers but i need 4500cals to grow.. i no theres alot of carbs and protien but not sure on if you guys think its enough cals. im pretty sure it is but if not let me no please thanx.

    645 2slices wheat bread with pb, 6 hard boild egg whites, 5g glutamine, multi, 20oz milk, apple, bannana

    920 2 potatoes, pb sandwich wheat bread, 1 can tuna wheat bread

    1220 10oz chicken breast

    pre 150 2 scoops whey shake 12oz milk , 5g creatine mono

    pwo 330 3 scoops whey shake 18oz milk, 5g creatine mono, 90g white rice

    630 watever mom makes always chicken steak rice pasta beef its allways good

    before bed 5g glutamine, 20g casien protien

    sorry well im 19 6'3-4 235 looking to get to 245 then cut down in mid april.
    about 40/35/25 carbs protien fat.
    gain 10-20pounds then cut
