i just started drinking a pineapple cottage cheese shake for breakfast and i really like it.

    3/4-1 cup 4% cottage cheese
    8-10oz pineapple juice
    1/2-3/4cup pineapple chunks and blend.

    i use to drink
    8 oz chocolate soymilk
    1cup of oats
    1 tbl of oil
    1-2 tbl pb
    1/2-3/4 cup cottage cheese
    1tbl instant coffee grinds
    enough water to blend

neither is that bad i promise i dont like cottage cheese but the pineapple makes it ok.

and the pb and chocolate milk help with flavor alot. i add alot of water to thin it.

egg whites and oatmeal are a staple for me, but sometimes i change it and make omelet out of egg whites or egg beaters,i add cheese2%,ham97% fat free, bell pepper and a little tomato and sometimes i eat it with salsa, every now and then i have turkey patties or tuna patties for breakfast or steak and eggs.I also make breakfast burritos sometimes.

thanks guys, hey what do you think about eating egg whites with some green peppers and red onions? like 6 egg whites, and half of bell pepper, 1/5th of red onion and like a cup of cotage cheese?

sounds good to me but my preference would be half cup of cottage cheese.

if you like cottage cheese go for it. i had to start out small and get use to it.

i personally would add some steak, mushrooms, and tomatos, instead of cc.

    a yolk too.

Why not try something you would normally have for lunch or dinner as a breakfast, a lot of later meals are higher in carbs so it would give you the energy you need.
