When your sick.....
do you guys still eat your 5-6meals a day?
and do you guys still workout?
im sick as a dog :'( feel like crap, got a horrible cold, throat hurts, cou***ng, im all hot and cold at the same time, i cant even leave my room (im typing this from my bed)
what do i do? do i stay like this until i get better? whats gonna happen to me? am i gonna get weaker? smaller? lose wieght?
help :'(

Chicken soup throughout the day,3000 mgs of Vitamin c every morning and alot of rest you'll be fine.No I can't get all my meals down when I'm sick.

chicken soup sounds real real good!!! with the thick big noodles too!!

I always stop if I am really sick, whats the point. You know in yourself if you can workout or not.

I rest as much as possible when I am sick. No workouts at all. I also wait an extra 24 hours after I feel 100%. I dont have anything scientific to back up the extra 24 but it works for me.

Im sick right now and can't eat anything it's commin out the other end. Also have not thrown up but sure fell like it been goin on since last night.

still cou***ng alot, and still pretty much congested, but i did my chest workout last night and it went great!!
but still.... kinda sick though, but not as bad as in the begginning!!

Im over what ever I had but now one of my sons is sick up most of the night. Man hate the bugs like this. My wife also says shes not felling good. Hope you get better.

you're wiggin out man!! LOL!! just go to the doc!!! they will pump you full of antibiotics and you'll be as good as new..... soon.

I am having the same symptoms as you right now and to say the least the last thing I'm thinking about is lifting. Best think you can do is eat what you can which probably wont be much, and focus on orange juice and ton of water. Other than that rest and wait it out...lifting will only prolong it.

I just drink more protein shakes than normal to keep my calories up. When i am sick I have no appetite at all.
