    Red Meat/Fish Overload?

My trainer, who is a national level BBer, a writer for Men's Fitness, and also writes on BBing.com once told me, "at this point, when you are bulking, the majority of your protein should come from Red Meat or Fish, these should be the staples of your protein intake because of the array of Amino Acids they contain".....

This week Steak was really cheap at the grocery store, so I decided what the hell, skip the chicken this week, stick with Tuna/Steak for my protein sources....

I'm eating steak 2-3 times a day at portions of 7-9 oz a piece, I'm wondering if this much red meat is an overload, and is unhealthy?...I also eat 45 grams of Tuna a day as well......

bro look up red meat and ull find a lot of info. some say eat very little some say u can have a lot each day. u decide. imo u can eat to much tuna, which can lead to mercury piosoning but ive also heard of people eating 8 can a day. that doesnt make it healthy tho. if ur gunna eat alot make sure ur taking antioxidants.

as long as your fiber intake is high and you eat plenty of green vegetables, you ll be fine.

red meat is only bad for you if it sits in you and rots.
