Ok I am 40 Yrs Old 6.0ft tall 210lbs my bench max is around 250 leg press 400.
cycle/stack each week Testc 400mg for 12 weeks plus decca at 200mg weeks 3 through 12.
Vitamins one mega man multi each day with fish oil, omga three, 99mg potassium, 500mg magnesium, chewable l-glutamine, amino fuel 1000, coral calcium, selenium, 200mg, acidophilius.
I also to a detox liquid for a week about twice each year.
Diet
I eat red meat like flank steak, filet migeon, tbones i also eat fish like tuna, halibut, snapper, mia mia., also grilled chicken no skin. hamburger pattie only
sides like black eyed peas, green beans, snap peas, and great northern beans.
Salads lots of with grilled chicken.
breakfast egg beaters, oatmeal, cooked ham every morning.
lunch and dinner I have protien shake every day
for dinner I mix up the meats with the sides so each night it is not the same as the night before. I like to put cheese on my meats taste better.
when I use butter its always a olive oil based or promise low fat butter.
I eat no bread, chips, fries, or anything like that, I am trying to cut the carbs out so I lose the gut but I am staying with the protien foods so I bulk up.
When I have to eat fast food I loose the bread on burgers no mayo just
cheese and no fries and I may order two burgers so I keep my protien intake up.
Do I need help here with my diet?
Cardio / Lifting
Every Day at gym I do 30 min of cardio and then one day work legs and next day do upper body.
once each week somtimes twice I will do two-a-days meaning I go in the morning and at night to gym, but I only go back for more cardio and suna
when working with the weights I go to golds so i do 3 sets of upperbody on all machines and some free weights for bench and curls.
Am I doing somthing wrong here and how much protien should I be consuming.
