    Hungry when training

    Hi Guys. I seem to get rather hungry when I train no matter how much I eat during the day. What do you Guys suggest ? I was thinking along the way of a banana.

    i wouldnt eat anything while lifting.. maybe a sports drink or something if ur bulking but no need to have the blood goto ur stomache for digestion when u need it in ur muscles.

    Yeah definitely wouldnt eat when training. For the above reason mentioned by thai boxer and also cause I dont see how you can. I dont even like lifting after a meal. Just drink a protein shake before I go. But a good suggestion for you to not get hungry. Is definitely to drink a preworkout NO drink. Gaspari SuperPump, NO Shotgun, or EndoRush (premixed drink). they all work great for training. Get you pumped and put you in the right mindset and will curb your appetite. Guaranteed. Just make sure there's a shitter around with plenty of tp. lol. But I always drink a preworkout drink and the results will shock you on how much better your workout will be.
