It seems that a lot of my calories/macros are coming from Milk, gainer(milk), and whey protein (with water) heres the breakdown for JUST THE LIQUIDS!!!!!!

Also my diet is strictly for putting on weight. At the momment I dont care if its all fat. I am 25 lbs underweight. Strictly looking for just bulk here. So fat isen't a problem.
