    That simple?

I was wondering, If I ate same food everyday.. all day long, am I gonna get good results?

    Breakfast Eggs, Oats, Honey
Meal 1,2,3,4 - 8oz Chicken breast, white rice mixed with green beans and broccoli
    PWO shake

Of course everything with right proportions.

Would that work? I don't see why not...

    Any comments...

If you watch Milos Sarcev's videos he mentions it's good to switch it up because if you eat the same food too much your body actually becomes mildly allergic to it.. check out the vids here --> http://forums.steroid.com/showthread.php?t=323516

Switch to brown rice, lower glycemic, wont lose a lot in taste. I actually think it tastes better.
