    Too much sugar or not

    mix one scoop (45 g) with 6 to 8 ounces of cold water or juice. Drink 4 servings daily for 5 days, then maintain at 2 servings daily.




    These are the values of the creatine i am taking ED, is 33G of sugar too much if soo what do you think is the best its called creadrive and its a GNC product, thanks for you input

    Personally, it should be fine as long as you are on a good diet. Since the first 5 days are only the loading stage of the creatine, you won't be taking in that much afterwards.

    But if you are concerned about the amount of sugar, you can go with a pill form of Creatine, or even the liquid form which requires no loading stage, it costs a little bit more.

    But like I said, as long as you are on a good steady healthy diet, you should be fine with the powder creatine.

    Prob Okay...if Maintenance Is 2xd I'd Do It Before Your Workout And Immed After Or Both After Your Workout....the Dextrose Will Get Utilized Quick And Get Your Glucose Back Up

    loading phase is crap. just take 10g everyday. you can take it all at once or spread it out in 5g increments. it is likely that your body isn't going absorb more than about 15g a day, as an estimate. you can add some sugar free lemonade flavored crystal light and water and drink it down after stirring or shaking for a minute or two.

    in addition, i would just buy some pure creatine CEE or monohydrate ( if they still sell that, haha) but that's all you need.

    This is true, the loading stage is crap.
