someone please help me!
Ok here is my situation:
I need to help a 19 year old female who is about 5'2- 5'3 and weights 145-150 loose some fat.
She does not have much money because she is self supporiting and in college. I thought about a ketogenic diet for her, but she is allergic to dairy and wants somewhat of a vairy in her diet. (she does not want the same foods for every single meal).
If a knowlageable person could please help me, so I can start her on a diet I would be more then gratefull.
Here are my problems:
a: cost effective
b: cause a good amount of fat loss fairly quick
c: a decent vairity of foods so it will be eaiser to stick to.

And has it done much?
Is she doing the same type of cardio over and over?
Whats her diet like?

heres what i suggest...
get her to set up an account on FITDAY.. most chicks LOVE to pluck away at programs and organize/input data/piddle.
give her a macro layout
such as 40/30/20 C/P/F diet
have her stick to soy/dairy types of protein w/ lots of veggies
