Do not rely on shakes to much. You say looking for something better, better in relation to what? Fat loss?

doing mostly cardio right now to get weight off, lifting light untill I drop more weight. I wanted to take the shakes during the day. I don't eat meat, so all of my protein comes from fish, soy and eggs. (i saw a really nasty video on the meat industry, grossed me out to the nines, haven't touched it in over a year). I eat a small can of tuna midmorning and don't want to eat on mid day so I was thinking the shake will do. Good Idea?

Yeah try to minimize your shakes because eating food will actually aide you in losing more fat. For the stated reason Tia posted

OK thanks so much. I am dieting, do you recommend at least one shake. trying to get in 5 small meals at work is hard and nearly impossible. I can swing a shake though. The shake won't keep my metoblism going?

    Shakes poop right through you..

Eat some celery at work..and tuna.... it takes more energy to digest it, than it offers in return.

use whey and skim if you are in a pinch. can you afford a 13 dollar lunch box? fill it with chicken breasts, a sweet potato, and a diet coke. eat some every 2.5-3hrs.

    Talking

I'm a female, I'm still waiting to become PINK! HINT! HINT!! ADMIN. Anyway, I'm on a diet, need to drop weight, like yesterday. I'll focus on the lifting after most of the weight drops, about 30lbs. I already omited carbs in the form of breads/pasta/rice. I wanted to try whey for a mid afternoon pick me up, not always in the mood to eat. thought the shake would be something different. I'll be taking the lipoflame as soon as it comes. have you heard anything about it. wanted to try that before the clen cycle.
