    Workout:
I have been trying to stay away from weights the past 4 months...straight pull ups weighted and unweighted.. weighted dips..and push ups...i do use some weights for legs, sometimes for bi's and tri's...but nothing serious...this has worked for me..my arms have never been 17 inches...i am happy with the results...and i look less bulky then when i was lifting.... i try to keep everything fast paced...1 minute between sets..usually superset everything unweighted...40 slow controlled push ups...17 pull ups..ten sets of that

    some sparring somedays...explosive dynamic drills...sprints..

just trying to mix things up....will start to move the bike up to 45 minutes a month in.......anyone have any thoughts good or bad on this plan?..any advice is good thanks guys

The big issue I see is not enough carbs! Even though you are trying to get ripped you def. need carbs for breakfast, pre-workout, and post-workout. Your breakfast carbs (oatmeal) look good might want to bump it up to 3/4 or 1 cup though. Sweet potatoes is a good source of complex carbs and they have a relatively low glycemic index (not much spike in insulin ). The brown rice for pwo looks good too just maybe eat a banana with it for your pwo high glycemic carb. Consistency is the key!
