just wondering if anyone could help me with a diet.... stats are 21 5 11 263lbs not positive on the body fat but around 17-20 i feel like ive platued on gaining mass and would like to lean out a bit without loosing a ton of mass. diet as of now is pretty simple and probably terrible i eat every 2 hours

meal 1 10 am - 2 packs of gritts 2 scoops whey isolate 2 cups skim milk

meal 2 12 30 am 12oz steak ribeye or sirlion baked potatoe

meal 3 2 30 2 cans of tuna 1 cup orange juice 1.5 cups oats

meal 4 30 5 same as meal 1

meal 5 7 pm 1lb grilled chicken

meal 6 10pm 8-12oz meat or fish with romain salad light vinnegrette dressing

meal 7 1am - 2 am protein shake 2 scoops 42g 2 cups skim milk

any help?
