    Risotto vs. Jasmine Rice (PPWO)

I've been wondering about the comparison between these two for PWO2, and did a Glycemic Index comparison today. When I last cut I ate Jasmine Rice as my PWO2 meal EVERY workout day, and had outstanding results. However, I noticed on the G.I. that Jasmine Rice has a HIGH rating at 105. So, I looked up Risotto and it had a low-medium rating at 65. Regular white rice comes in at around 50. Would you guys estimate that Risotto would be better for PWO2 than Jasmine Rice? Or perhaps I should just use standard white rice?

    Thanks in advance...

i'd say get brown rice... but between the two, and of that GI readings (BTW where did you get those reading from?) go for the white,, but then again if you had amazing results last time around,, dont mess with a winning formula,, some body's respond diffrent then others
