whats up guys....ok so I normally do cardio after lifting.....45min on average....should i take my pwo shake (dextrose/protein 2/1) right after lifting and b4 i start my cardio, or should i wait and take it after my 45 min of cardio?

yeah, thats the only time i have enough time to get my cardio in....i know its not the most beneficial time, but thats what im working with.....ok ill take my shake right after lifting and b4 starting my cardio ....thanks for the input guys
Why not just cut down the 45 min of cardio to 20 min and take a shake immediately after your cardio? A HIIT 20 min cardio session seems more ideal, in that you will have a better chance of fighting catabolism. Just my 2 cents.
