Hi guys, im new to bodybuilding, im 18 years of age . 5'5 and weigh 135 pounds, body fat 11.5%, i know this may not be a brilliant diet but im what you guys call a newbie i would be grateful if some of the more exp bb's could critique this starter diet for me
Breakfast 2 Shredded wheat with Banana
2 boiled egg whites
protein drink
mid morning protein drink
peice of fruit
Lunch tin of tuna with either cottage cheese
or 2 boiled eggs
protein drink
Tea Time jacket spuds
piece meat
veg
supper shredded wheat or porridge
peice of fruit
2 boiled eggs
