    Winny.cyle diet....opinions / advice...

    Hi folks....new to the site just lookin for some advice on my diet...started it this week and about to go on a winstrol cycle along with runnin HGH next week...my diet as follows

    7.30 am.. 6 egg whites..30g oats...

    9.30 am.. can of drained tuna..2 chicken breasts,green n red peppers..2 scoops protein shake..

    11.30 am.. 2 scoops protein shake

    12.30 pm.. 2 chicken breasts..2 cans of drained tuna.2 fat free yoghurts..

    2.30 pm 2 scoops protein shake..

    4.30-5pm...2 chicken breats..baked potato..can of tuna..2 boiled eggs..white only..

    7.30pm 2 scoops protein drink..

    8-9.30pm workout mon - fri
    2 scoops protein drink directly after workout....

    any advice critique welcom thanks

    you gotta give the macro breakdown of your meals bro... it's the only way we can analyze your diet for you..also include stats so its easy to ascertain whether you're eating too much or to little...

    right off the bat though:
    - too many protein shakes
    - tuna AND chicken together seems like overkill.. did you mean OR? otherwise, it's like a 100+ g of protein in some meals!!

    Agreed, I am an advocate of them to split up Whole food meals to help induce hunger, as many times it depelets over the course of long periods of regimented eating....However, 4 is too much, I would say no less than 75% of your protein should come from anything but whole foods, and any more than 3 shakes in a day is dependency...

    ok thanks....im 20 years old n i know most think too young n just diet and cardio will be best for me but i have my stuff and goin to take it n train hard n try eat right n see wat results i get from them...7.30 am.. 6 egg whites..21g prtn..4grm carb

    9.30 am.. can of drained tuna..wrap..half chicken breast,green n red peppers.. 43g pro.1.5 fat..20g crbs

    11.30 am.. 2 scoops protein shake 50g protein..2g crbs 2.1 fat

    12.30 pm.. halfchicken breast.. can of drained tuna.2 fat free yoghurts..55 protein 28crbs 3 grm fat

    2.30 pm 2 scoops protein shake..50 grm protein..2grm carb..2.1 fat

    4.30-5pm...1 chicken breast..baked potato..can of tuna..2 boiled eggs..white only..57g protein..25 crbs.11g fat

    7.30pm 2 scoops protein drink..50g protein 2grm carb 2.1g fat

    8-9.30pm workout mon - fri
    2 scoops protein drink directly after workout....50g prt 2g fat 2 g crb


    total...370g protein 23.5 fat around 100grm carbs...forgot to add few tortilla wraps in...


    any advice? appreciated

    horrible..
    try to keep ur macros the same for each meal
    STOP RELYING on shakes
    your not ready for any aas at all but since you already started its a lil late now.
