    calories now, calories on cycle?

    stats:

    205 pounds
    5'-9"
    around 14% bf

    calories right now around 3000

    250-300 grams of protein
    400 carbs
    50 fat

    when i go on cycle of a 10 weeks of test e 400mg/week

    where should my calaries be at?

    GOAL: To bulk with as little fat as possible, cuz i will be cutting about a month after the cycle

    To bulk I would up the calories to 4,000, with the traditional split of 40/40/20. That is 40% of calories from protein, 40% from carbs, and 20% from fat. You def need to increase your protein and fat intake, your carbs look about right. The key to not gaining an excessive amount of fat is to eat super clean...not much sugar and mostly complex carbs (low glycemic carbs). Be sure to add in some EFA's like olive oil and fish oil.

    yeah 4,000 should be good for a lean bulk. IMO going over 4,000 will lead to fat gain, especially if you're not performing cardio about 4 times a week. Try to keep your body fat below 15% so cutting will be easier.
