well im 20 years old. 190lbs and 14% body fat. i just got done bulking and gained around 15 pounds by just eating lots of food and staying clean. ive put on some water weight but i want to get around 10% naturally or as far as i can get the natural way...which i am not sure what that is but i believe everyone is different.
I am taking ON whey protein, JetFuel and nano vapor. Along with ON multi, fish oils, BCAA's, and also glucosamine. So here is my schedule...
7am: wake up take jetfuel with 20oz water
cardio- 30 mins elliptical, 20 bike, walk steep incline 10 minutes
830: 4 hard boiled eggs and a serving of oatmeal
fish oil, multi taken
1030: EAS low carb protein bar (in college class)
12pm: 8oz chicken breast, 1/2 cup brown rice with a cup of broccoli, touch of soy sauce---fish oil and BCAA
200: 24g protein with banana---8 oz water with preworkout nano vapor following when i get to the gym.
330: 72G protein with 15 oz skim milk with BCAA
530: 8oz steak and 8 oz chicken---fish oil
730: Spinich leaves with nonfat ranch and smoked turkey with broccoli
This is a rough of what i usually eat. i may have left a couple things out on accident but wanted everyone to see the rough idea. I try to keep my cards low at night because i dont need them for any energy because i dont usually do anything then but school work. Please critique and let me know what you think. any other meal ideas....i know i dont have tuna in there i just cant stand it....and wasnt sure how good tuna helper was for me....so i just use chicken and steak....please help me.
