Been at the same diet for a while. I basically choose this because it is convienent with my lifestyle. But I need alot of calories around 5000-5500. Right now I am taking a break because I am exhausted eating all the time. I am ectomorphic and hypoglycemic. I currently weigh 210 at 6'3"taking in around 3500. At 5000 cals a day I was at 223lbs and was kind of soft looking at 12%, also my strength dips big time when I drop the weight and the calories. I just need a new meal plan, it is the same thing day in and day out with slight variation.

4 Whole Eggs
1 cup Oatmeal
1 Banana
1 Tbsp Flax Oil
1 Cup Skim Milk

Meal 2
2 Cup Skim
1 Wheat Bagel
1 Scoop WPC

Meal 3
8oz Beef
2 Cup Oats or Brown Rice
1 Cup Broccoli

Meal 4
2 Cup Skim
1 Wheat Bagel
1 Scoop WPC

Meal 5
8oz Chicken
1 Large Sweet Potato
1 Cup Broccoli

Meal 6
2 Cups Skim
1 Scoop Micellar Casein, MPI blend
1 Tbsp Flax
1 Tbsp Peanut Butter

Post Workout
45g WPI
80g Malto/Dextrose
