Im 30 years old and weight 190. i have been back in the gym for about a mouth now and would like to lose about 30 pounds. i do about 15 mins on the tread mill 2 day a week. i go to the gym about 3 times a week. i have been thinking of tring ULTRA 90? any suggestions. my bf is about 25% thats why i want to lose some extra pounds.
8:00 i eat a bowl of oatmeal
10:00 i eat a 100 cal. snack
12:00 i eat a hamburger or subway
3:00 i eat a small fruit snack
5:00 prot. shake
6:00 workout
7:00 chicken almost 7 nights a week
