Im 24, 5'8" 165 on cycle right now
Thus far i have been counting calories, but have had a loss of appetite.
I eat 3-4 times a day; and well i might add...
Eggs ham potatoes sausage and the like for breakfast, also some cereal, OJ, fruit, milk, etc (its my fav meal)
Snacks- protein bars, high protein granola, some junk food (chips and such)
Sometimes fast food or deli or peanutbutter sandwiches for lunch
Dinner- steak, checken, or other meat dish with greens and salad (not iceburg)
I drink 2 or 3 shakes a day too. One just whey protein, and 2 are weight gainers (mass XXX or cytogain)
This results in 3500-4500 cals a day, but a lot comes from shake. is that ok?
