4001 calories but it dont seem right...

Im trying to get a diet plan together for an upcoming test-e cycle. My goal on this cycle is to put as much lean mass as possible on. I am curently 6' 190 pounds, 20%bf. On cycle I was thinking I should shoot for 4000 calories. I used nutritiondata.com

(keep in mind budget is an issue)

The one I came up with is 4 meals, 2 and a half double shakes. It comes out like:
    Protien: 394g
    Carbs: 369g
    Fat: 96g
    Calories: 4001

    Meal 1 (pre workout)
    4 Slices of wheat bread
    4 Eggs
    Regular sized shake
    P: 69
    C: 68
    F: 34
    Cal: 868

    Double Shake (after workout)
    P:58
    C:28
    F:4
    Cal: 392

    Meal 2
2cups of rice 1/2# Ground beef
    P:50
    C:92
    F:30
    Cal: 841

    Meal 3
8oz uncooked pasta; 2cans of tuna (1/2 can soup)
    P:91
    C:61
    F:12
    Cal: 750

    Meal 4
2cups of brown rice; 2 boneless chicken breasts
    P:68
    C:92
    F:12
    Cal:758

    Another double shake.

My concerns: The end result is low on fat. I know ur supposed to have more of a 40/40/20 and I have more of a 46/43/11 think kinda hapening. How can I get a more of a balance? Do i want one or am I close enough? Im going by grams of each assuming that translates proportionatly to the calories, but is that true?

Also I dont really know how to space this stuff out through the day.

wouldn't worry about the lack of fat. don't go by a strict standard of %s. do what works for your body. i hardly ever substitute fat into my diet.

As far as I see it, you could do the following:

    - add some more simple carbs into PWO shake and cut out some from meal 2
    - cut out half the carbs from meal 4 and add some nuts (or PB) to the last shake of the day and...
    - make sure that last shake of the day has a decent ratio of casein in it

I agree with novastepp that fat should not be of primary concern BUT I do feel you are taking very high carbs as your day is coming to a close SO it would be better to add nuts/PB instead...besides, adding it is just more than adding just any fat, you're adding GOOD fat and more fiber...which can only be more beneficial while also "balancing" out your macros

    cheers

    also,

    warez baby.
The Local pc version would be nice if it would let you connect and pull down your custom foods from the website.

Im gaining lean mass and so whatr if I gain a few pounds of fat, I rather do that and cut it off than busting my ass and not gaining well because I was worried about a little fat.
I got a show in 16 weeks, Will post pics around then and then you tell me how my diet went
