Low budget diet
Hi Guys. I have just recently had a drop in income and can not afford to spend to much money on my diet as I would have liked. I was wondering if it is still possible to gain muscle using egg whites,cottage cheese,prawns,whey and casein protein powder and 2 meals which include turkey breast and chicken breast as my protein sources. Thanks.

Yes thats awesome, if your looking to bulk up use whole foods not 5 or 6 shakes that are processed and have no biological value, where as whole food consumes energry and water to break down.

cans of tuna, chx, turk, pb, cheese eggs cheap carb sources like bread, oats and rice ( depending on your goals), all pretty cheap. keep it basic.

i would add oats to the list if you can. and to be honest there are more selections in your list than what i have here.
