    Exclamation Peanuts

I just bought peanuts and it contains 14g fat per serving "1oz". my question is, is salted peanuts any good with a cutting diet or I have to buy unsalted peanuts?

unless you are getting close to a compition go for the salted...they taste much better and unless you a pre contest, water depletion/ retention should not be a concern. There are always extremes and yes...the unsalted are better for you, but so is boiling you chicken breast in water with no seasoning, and I do not know anybody who does that except those pre contest.....

Exactly....we all consume salt every day...unless you are actually trying to deplete water, meaning pre-contest or severely bloated from gear use, the amount of salt consumed in a handfull of peanuts is nothing to worry about.

    IMO naturally

totally depends on your total dietary approach. post up your diet so its easier to see if supplemented fats such as peanuts are needed. cutting i never add fats. i get all the fat i need from my meats.

though nothing beats almonds or peanuts for your prebed fat selection due to the fiber.
