low energy lately
been feelin kinda fatigued lately any ideas on what i can add to diet for some added energy besides coffee, energy drinks...

carbs, fats, and stop taking sugar and caffeine..
really without knowing your current consumption, we can't tell what's making you crash.. if you are doing sugar/carb drinks.. you are crashing from that..The answer to your every question

licorice root extract will help with increasing blood sugar and blood pressure...if those are in any way related to your fatigue, the licorice root extract will help.

i think cardio is def a key factor hear right now im doing twice a week for 45-1hr of bball
I wanna add atleast a 30 min HIIT session

do cardio every morning and see how you feel through the day. always makes me more alert and energetic. but i'm always energetic anyway...cardio? maybe.

yeah im going to try increasing cardio I think that could really be the key

carb up day and start some daily cardio. Even when I'm running a semi low carb cutting diet if I do my cardio in the morning I'm energetic throughout the day and then sleep like a baby!
