What do you guys think about these 2? I have incorporated these into my diet the last 4 years to assist in carb intake, though healthy can they create bloat, i am just not happy with my stomach the last 2 years and kinda think this might have something to do with it. I just look more protruding than i have in the past. I am 47 and maybe its time to up the cardio but have been active my whole life and BB for 27 years.
