    Is Chucky soup good for a meal?

    It looks good on the back but since it is in a can, is it bad?

    Eat different soup has different macros but by just guessing without even looking at the macros I would say no. It's horrible.

    In general processed foods are bad. If you can't hunt it, fish it or pick it, it is probably not good.
