So i will soon start my first cycle of deca ,test and i wanted to post the diet i am thinking of following, for critique.(i'll also post my planned cycle so if u wish check it out)I wake up at 8 run for 20 min eat breakfast and an hour later i go to the gym.So....diet is:

Breakfast:
30gr of protein
1 whole egg
100gr Oats
250gr Skim milk
20gr honey

Workout

Post workout:
30 gr Protein
50gr Dextroze

Meal:
200gr of Stake/Beef/Chicken
400gr boiled potatoes
10gr olive oil

Meal:
2cans of Tuna
1 banana/apple/orange

Meal:
4 egg whites
1 whole egg
1 slive of whole grain bread
50gr of Feta cheese

Meal:
200gr Chicken
veggies
30gr Feta cheese
20gr olive oil

Before bed:
60gr Protein
some cottage cheese
1tb spoon Flax seed oil

Total:
Cals:3600,Crb:275,Prt:325,Fat:120

So what do u think is this good enough for this cycle?Thoughts???
