    Scales?

    hey all,

    I'm looking to get myself a half decent scale for measuring out food and whatnot. Anyways, wondering if anyone can suggest any websites, brands etc. Also, while im at, anyone know a solid website that gives you the nutritional value of foods. I know that there is a tonne of them out there, but the informations varies quite drastically. Regards.

    as for scales, Bed, Bath, and Beyond has some nice ones.

    fitday is awesome! but im in canada so we dont have bed, bath and beyond. Btw is there any chance this could get moved to the ar lounge? i think ill get more responses there.

    do they have wal mart in canada? cuz they have some nice digital scales... around 20-30 dollars i think.
