    Almonds

    I've read that almonds is the best while doing a cutting diet. my question is, how do you guys measure how much to take/eat? lets say I need to get 20g of fat, about how many piece of almond do i eat?

    The back of the bag should give you nutrient/serving information.
    Take a look at this link also. Also you should consider the other fats you are getting in you diet. I include almonds when bulking or cutting.

    Mine is 9 almonds = 1 serving.

    almond butter is better, imo :-)

    problem is there is no serving information on the back of the bag..

    almonds are just a great cutting snack, i think you may be confused with including almond oil within your diet...i never heard they will help you cut....lots of cardio and a diet high in protein low fats and carbs will help with cuts..good luck
