Hey I'm new to this particular forum. I want to start taking one homemade shake a day and I'm trying to put together a good recipe. I want eggs but I dont want to spend a week in the hospital.
So, anyone ever tried blending hardboiled eggs in their shakes? Otherwise, is there a safe way to eat them raw? (like with a dash of whiskey or something mixed in maybe? i know that sounds dumb, but it is an antibacterial)
If anyone know a highly nutritious recipe with not so much sugar, I'd love to try it.
