    Need Diet Help!!!

I am 25 years old. I have been working out on and off for the last 5 years. I have just started to go back to the gym. I am looking for some help as far as my diet.

    Let me give some history.

I was in excellent shape 3 years ago at 185 lbs and thought i could look better. I got some Sust 250 and Dianabol. I was doing 500 Sust a week and 8 Dbols a day. This took my strength and size up considerably. It also brought my weight up 220. This all took place about 1 year and a half ago. I have got back and got serious. I dont think I will do juice again. But i might do Clen sometime in the near future with the summer rolling around and my wedding.

    Here is my current diet.

    9:00 Breakfast-
40 gram protein shake w/skim milk or water
1 cup oatmeal w/ 1tbsp natural PB, 1 Packet splenda and somex 1 Banana.

    10:15 Post Workout
40 Gram Protein shake (somex with oatmeal when im in the mood to gag.

    11:30 - lunch[/U]
2 cans tuna plain drained or 2 chicken breasts
    2 pieces whole wheat bread
    water water water

    12:30 Snack 40 gram protein shake/shot

    3:30- Snack
Some type of fruit (apple, clemintine x2) or 1 lowfat, lowcal yogurt
    Handful of unsalted peanuts

    6:30 Dinner
Tuna or Salmon whole wheat wrap with lettuce tomato and some feta cheese or 2 chicken breats with some salad or vegetable typically broccoli and garlic or spinach and garlic.

    9:30 Snack
Apple with Natural PB or Lowfat/Lowcal Yogurt

12:30pm - Sugar free jello or Lowfat/lowcal Yogurt.

I work from 1 pm afternoon until roughly 12-1 am. This is why my day is so extensive and long.

I am currently 220 lbs or so and no looking like I used to. Like i said I have recently gotten back into the gym. I am looking to only lose about 15 lbs and turn the rest to muscle. Staying steady will not be difficult this time since my work sechedule is steady. I will post some pics if I can.

Any advice is well appreciated. Please post or email me at [email protected]

If you know where to get Spiropent or some good clen please email me at [email protected].

Stick with that, take some fish oil caps with some of your meals ( i.e add them where fat ratio is lowest).

Monitor your weight, when you stop losing, adjust diet accordingly ( i.e either adding or lowering few calories).

reason i ask is because it doesn't look horrible. but with macros it is so much easier to see where improvement can be made.
