    eggs

    are a really good source of protein correct?


    am i ok just smashing say 4 into the pick and mix with some milk and making scrambled eggs?


    not really a fan of eggs in any other way....

    Yes a good protein source. Use more of the whites, to a lesser extent the yolk.
    4 eggs will not really suffice in terms of protein. Then again it also depends on you daily macros

    not really a fan of eggs in any other way....
    throw in an extra 4 whites if you choose to do it that way.

    egg whites only have about 4 grams of protein in them, so be ready to eat a lot of them if you are going to rely on them for a protein source

    ok its easy like this ..

    100ml of egg white is about 11g of protein. i buy a 10kilo/litre box of whites for $35.
    I break it into containers and freeze them, when you defrost the next tub make sure you stir as it sorta seperates a bit.

    I usally buy BBq chickens on late nite special and pull it apart discarding the skin and fat, i then bag it into 200g bags,I think its about 45-50g of protein, i use half a bag and 200ml of whites add a tomato and omlet that, high in protein and low in fat and carbs.
