    Almonds

    I have bought a large bag of almonds to use as a fat source in my diet, the packaging dose not state how much fat is contained per pack. I am trying to find out how many grams almonds it takes to mack up 30grams of fat?

    So am I right in saying that in 3 ounces(85g) of almonds their is 15g of fat ?

    2oz is roughly 28g.
