ok guys here goes...
i dont take AAS (yet) want to get everything in check, then maybe look into it in the coming year (im in no rush..)
my stats: 21 yrs,190lbs, 6'2 (been lifting for ~2yrs) would put my BF somewhere below 15??? (totally guessing)
here are my supplements:
-GNC mega man
-salmon oil 2caps morn, 1 cap night
-CLA 2x caps morn w/ first meal, 2x caps night w/ last
wake 845am
40 min low intensity cardio
930AM
plain oatmeal + meal replacement shake (25g protein, 4g fiber lots of vitamins etc)
11AM - snack
peanut butter (low fat) sandwich on 100% whole wheat
12.30 - protein
1.30PM - weights (sometimes take a coffee or redbull for a boost beforehand)
3PM - post workout
-protein
5pm - dinner-lean meat typically small chicken breast, whole green pepper, SMALL portion of whole wheat pasta
7.30/8pm - snack -
typically PB sandwich w/ whole wheat ( i love pb, i know )
10pm - protein supp
Im trying to cut on this diet, any input would be helpful guys (even flames)

spread those meals out every 2.5-3 hours. and 40 minutes of cardio lasts only 30 minutes?

haha sorry, i first had it at 30 min cardio, then forgot to count in my warm up + cooldown and i didn't change the time (just changed it)
