    A real dumb question...

I am 19 years old and starting to get serious about losing weight..and ive packed on some muscle during my first semester at college..i recently bought clen and began to use it (tomorrow will be my third day)..

    Only a few problems:

    1. I am in college-therefore i am poor
    2. I dont have a car..so i cant go off campus really to go to the store to buy certain foods like oatmeal or flax oil etc etc
    3. We have a salad bar and other healthy choices..but everyday i find myself basically eating from the "Balanced Choices" part of the cafeteria..

This usually consists of a lean meat..a veggie..which sometimes i opt out of because i am not really a fan..but need to get over that..

I feel like i should be eating JUST the lean meat tha they offer and then getting a salad with no dressing or a bowl of fruits.

Another problem i have is i usually end up eating out of this place more than once a day..and i heard eating the same food isnt as effective in losing weight as changing up what your eating is..

Are there any things i could grab from the store when i go about once a month that would help me lose weight since i know diet is way more important than my cardio, workout, or substances i am taking..

any advice you can give me is appreciated!
any comments anyone has would be helpful..

i think you be fine eating salad ed with lean meat and veggies. just buy basic stuff when you go out. make oats a staple in your diet, their cheap.

i dont know what else to tell you, i dont know what you can cook. can tuna, chicken. you could pick up a fiber supplement like Metamucil but buy generic its cheaper.

just try to be consistent like always eating on time. ask more questions if you need to.

    good luck

Don't use the dressings at the salad bar either. Try either making your own healthy dressings or just use olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

ha well the problem is i am a freshmen..meaning i cannot cook anything virtually..its kind of like..eat what they have or go eat shit food off campus..

But i will attempt to go to the store tomorrow and get oats and metamucil..ive been doing a little research and think i am going to attempt as follows..

    First meal (after cardio)
    Protein Shake
eggs (does it matter how these are cooked? like if the school makes scrambled eggs in a none "healthy choices" way is it really going to make a difference?)
Small Bowl of Special K (about 40 pieces)
    Skim Milk

    Meal 2:
    Apple
Scoop of All Natual Peanut Butter (I am assuming you guys recommend this over regular crap)

    Meal 3:
    Lean meat
    veggie of some sort

    Meal 4:
Banana (i hate them, but my clen has caused me to cramp up a little)
    Turkey

    Meal 5:
    Lean Meat
    Fruit/ Veggies

    Meal 6:
    Protein Shake

I just watched that Milos Sarcev's first video..i am starting to feel a little more knowledgable...but how does that sound..im trying to become a machine haha

but please keep helping me i love to hear what you guys have to say..every littl bit helps me move closer to having the body i am determined to have

that looks good. you cant be too picky if you dont have a car or cant cook.

    the scrambled eggs shouldn't matter.

at meal 6, if you could eat a meal of lean protein and veggies it will keep you metabolism going more than a shake.
also get you some fish oil capsules or fish oil in a bottle its cheaper. it will aid it fat loss.
