hey i got this diet tell me were i can improve on it im tryin to bulk im 155lbs at 5'10
8am - 4 eggs scrambled with cheese & 1 bagel w/ cream cheese
11am - 2 chicken breast with peppers & rice, 2 yogarts
1pm - 1 chicken breast w/ rice and peppers , 2 bannanas ,2 yogarts
work out from 2pm to 3:30pm pwo shake
4pm large serving pasta w/ bread
7pm 1 chicken breast w/ rice , 2 yogarts
10pm 2 bannanas,2 yogarts, 1 serving pasta w/ bread
