    New diet for a New member

    hey i got this diet tell me were i can improve on it im tryin to bulk im 155lbs at 5'10

    8am - 4 eggs scrambled with cheese & 1 bagel w/ cream cheese

    11am - 2 chicken breast with peppers & rice, 2 yogarts

    1pm - 1 chicken breast w/ rice and peppers , 2 bannanas ,2 yogarts

    work out from 2pm to 3:30pm pwo shake

    4pm large serving pasta w/ bread

    7pm 1 chicken breast w/ rice , 2 yogarts

    10pm 2 bannanas,2 yogarts, 1 serving pasta w/ bread

    im also taking these vitamins : a(8,000iu), c(500-1000mg), d(1000 iu), zinc(50mg) spring valley vitamins & also L-glutamine 500mg and L-arginine 500mg aday

    A lil too much chicken and yoghurts imo.
    Try some lean beef steak and cottage.
    Add some lean protein @ 4pm like tuna.
    Post macros and cals to have a better look on your diet.

    casein protien is a slow digesting protien before bed which can be found in cottage cheese or in shakes. for breakfast id try 1/2 or 1 cup of eggwhites with 1-2 eggs.
    You should be eating at least 230g of protein a day and 310g of carbs to say the least. Your 4pm has no protien which is not good imo. Def. way to much chicken....

    also show oats some love and add them to your breakfast.

    ok so more eggs and oats for protien what about breakfast with 1/2 cup egg whites and 1-2 eggs w/ oats cerral w/ milk and 4pm w/bowl of oats and what to be suffiecient
