beef VS bison

okay guys so i just ordered 80 beef steaks and 60 bison steaks and like 40lbs of bison ground beef.

im also gonna order like 80lbs of chicken and some turkey

but the question i got is what do you guys think of bison meat???

is it better than beef or same?

also how does it taste?

bison is a good protein source. tastes different, but good.

bison is yummy. i think its supposed to be a tad leaner. i think. but i enjoy it. thats all that matters.

Bison is awesome. Its noticeably leaner then beef.
