how many of you supplement insulin sensitizers like cinnamon, chromium pico, ALAs, and the like?
just curious as to how many people who diet and train use these???

i ve been using cinnamon for about 3-4 years. ever since i read that it keeps your blood sugar more stable.
2tsp every morning and every shake i have afterwards which is usually 1-2.

i personally cant tell a difference when taking cinnamon or ala. a few type 2 diabetics i know swear by it though. dont know about the chrom though.
i see. i haven't really dieted without them for a year or so, so i can't really tell if ot having them would have an impact. guess its case closed that a lot of bros aren't really using the stuff.
i <3 chromium... i eat enough cinimon (even put it on my peanut butter) that im fine there as well.
also wont go a day w/o sesamin either.
good to hear there is at least one big huge massive man who uses these.
